Overview

Divorce can be a tumultuous time for families, especially for children, but co-parenting doesn’t not have to be. Join us for an interactive workshop that will equip you with practical tools to navigate the complexities and build a healthy foundation for co-parenting. This session is the first of two on co-parenting that offers tried and true tips for divorcing amicably, managing disagreements and designing a team atmosphere.

About Our Presenter:  Sydney Swonigan, Co-parent Coach and CEO, Exes and Babies

Sydney Swonigan is a Certified Professional Co-Acitive Coach and co-parent who founded Exes and Babies to uplift and uplevel the co-parent community through coaching, workshops and media, including a podcast on YouTube.

Sydney is a Seattle native and a proud “boy mom” who amicably co-parents with her son’s father and stepmother. She is working hard to shift the narrative and culture of co-parenting to be synonymous with teamwork and fulfillment. Additionally, she works as a senior business program manager in gaming policy at Microsoft.
