Sarah Elerson, Collaborative Divorce Attorney, Elerson Law  

Sarah Elerson is a skilled family law attorney with over a decade of experience. She specializes in traditional litigation and collaborative law, providing compassionate and effective legal representation. Sarah is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and property division, with a focus on finding amicable solutions.

Sydney Swonigan, Co-parent Coach and CEO, Exes and Babies

Sydney Swonigan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and co-parent who founded Exes and Babies to uplift and uplevel the co-parent community through coaching, workshops and media, including a podcast on YouTube.

Sydney is a Seattle native and a proud “boy mom” who amicably co-parents with her son’s father and stepmother. She is working hard to shift the narrative and culture of co-parenting to be synonymous with teamwork and fulfillment. Additionally, she works as a senior business program manager in gaming policy at Microsoft.
