3rd Annual Washington Fatherhood Summit:

Resilient Dads: Fathering in Challenging Times!

March 16th, 17th & 18th.

8:30 am-12:00 pm (PT)

12:00 pm-1:00 pm Lunch Optional

Registration is available on Eventbrite. Zoom information is provided after registration.

Our third annual event will be two dynamic mornings of information and conversation and a third day culminating on the work moving forward in Washington. A full list of speaker Biographies can be found here

Our summit will also have some unique components. We are hosting a photo contest and need your smiles. We know that representation matters but too often the Council and their partners struggle to find pictures of fathers with their kids. Share your pictures so that we can highlight all of the amazing fathers in Washington. You can read more about how to enter the contest and the full rules here

We want to energize all of our summit breaks. You can provide your suggestion for music here or during your registration. We'll create a playlist to share and enjoy.

At home with your family during COVID-19? Now is the perfect time to try Vroom. Vroom is here to share simple and fun ways to boost learning for children ages 0-5. Download the free Vroom app on your phone and you’ll discover hundreds of great activities that help your child’s brain grow and help you to bond. Join us March 17th from 12 pm-1pm PT for a Vroom focus group and tell us what you think about the app and how we can make it work better for dads. You will receive a gift card to compensate you for your time. On the registration page, check that you would like to participate in the Vroom focus group. The first 12 volunteers will be notified by email that they have been selected for the focus group.

The Washington Interagecny Fatherhood Council would like to thank the generocity of the Thomas V. Giddens Jr. Foundation for their sponsorship of the 3rd Annual Washington Fatherhood Summit.
